We have designed a simple but practical materials to start meaningful conversations about improving the quality of work life and the quality of services rendered. While this book is specifically for city employees, we can do a book for other types of workplaces and settings from the medical profession, education profession to businesses. The concept is to share stories about what works and to look at one’s own contribution at work.
